From Dismissed to Empowered: Why I Build This Work

For too long, women’s health has been a landscape of being dismissed, gaslit, and misdiagnosed. Like so many, I had to become an "expert patient"—doing the research, asking the hard questions, and learning how to fiercely advocate for my own body when the standard system fell short. That lived experience, combined with my clinical training as an Integrative Women’s Health practitioner, completely changed how I view health education. I realized that the greatest gift we can give the next generation is to hand them their sovereignty early, before they ever have a chance to doubt their own bodies. I created this shop to build the resources I wish had existed when I was growing up. Our curricula reject sterile, clinical worksheets and superficial advice. Instead, we bridge the gap between rigorous, science-backed anatomy and the natural, somatic rhythms of the body. By teaching true cycle literacy, nervous system regulation, and feminine-lens history, my goal is to equip independent-minded homeschool families with the tools to raise deeply rooted, self-aware children who know exactly how to listen to, trust, and advocate for themselves from day one.
