Hello! I'm Tiffany Brown, an educator, leader, and lifelong learner with more than 30 years of experience supporting students, teachers, and schools. Throughout my career as a teacher, instructional coordinator, assistant principal, principal, district leader, education consultant, and university supervisor, I have seen firsthand that success is about more than academics. It also involves self-awareness, resilience, communication, relationships, and the confidence to grow through challenges. I created Tapestry By Design to help learners develop these important life skills through meaningful reflection, guided activities, and real-world application. My resources are designed to encourage learners to recognize their strengths, build emotional intelligence, strengthen leadership skills, and become the best version of themselves. I believe every learner has unique gifts, talents, and potential. Like a tapestry woven from many threads, each person's experiences, strengths, and challenges help shape who they are becoming. My goal is to provide practical, engaging resources that support personal growth while helping learners build skills that will serve them in school, leadership, relationships, and life.
