Lily's hospital visit is about teaching young children the importance of visiting the hospital when unwell.

It also talks about the importance of friends giving support when one is down as well as doing activities even though one is poorly.

Once at the hospital, it is good to be honest and open about your pain or sickness so the doctors can know how best to treat you. It further demonstrates how some injuries can stop the victim from doing their daily activities.

The author is a seven year old pupil in year two and therefore the images in this book are as originally done.
