In the heart of the desert, a lonely little rabbit named Junie hides beneath a tree during a storm. When glowing golden eyes appear in the darkness, Junie is certain danger has found her.

But the young Coyote named Dusty is not like the others.

As the thunder rumbles and rain falls across the desert, two unlikely strangers discover that kindness can bloom in the most unexpected places. Together, Junie and Dusty learn about trust, courage, friendship, and the power of seeing beyond fear.

The Coyote and the Cottontail is a story about compassion, acceptance, and discovering that different does not always mean dangerous.
