The Adventures of Squishy Bug: Circle of Friends

by Shaun B. Ford & Laura Arunkel

Deep within the magical meadow of Meadowview lives a cheerful, squishy little bug named Squishy Bug. With his colorful spots, red sneakers, and big toothy grin, Squishy Bug is full of imagination-but he's also shy and unsure of where he fits in.

When he sees other bugs playing together grasshoppers, ants, butterflies, and bees he feels too different to join in. That's when a wise old owl helps him see the beauty in being unique. With courage and kindness, Squishy Bug learns an important lesson: friendship isn't about looking the same, it's about opening your heart.

This heartwarming story celebrates diversity, self-confidence, and the magic of friendship. Perfect for children ages 3-10, Circle of Friends reminds readers that being different makes us all special-and that the best friendships begin with a simple "Hello."
