Little lion Tambo is new to the jungle and is having a hard time making friends. The other animals are not being welcoming, and Tambo worries he'll never fit in.

But when one of the animals gets caught in a bind, Tambo steps up to the plate and helps each of the animals find their true talents and skills in order to save their friend.

A sweet picture book with an exciting setting, Tambo: The New Kid of the Jungle explores issues of making new friends, working together, and finding your inner strengths.
