When Earth needs heroes... it sends the kids. A bright young teen is launched into the stars-ready or not.

Richard Taylor dreamed of becoming a space explorer. He never expected to be chosen for Earth's top-secret cadet training program. Now he's dealing with alien tech, unexpected friendships, and mission briefings that could determine the future of the galaxy.

At his side: Dooley, a loyal and hilarious fellow cadet... and Whizzy, a brilliant (if slightly grumpy) AI assistant embedded in a standard-issue cadet tablet.

But what starts as routine training quickly turns dangerous. A shadowing vessel, secret sabotage, and a sudden pirate takeover force Richard and Dooley to think fast, hack Whizzy, and risk everything to save their crew.
