Every tail has a story. Hers begins with a leap of faith.

When a tiny brindle pup is found on the side of a country road, unable to walk but full of spirit, her journey toward healing-and happiness-begins. With the help of a loving foster family, a special sling, and two new dog friends, Princess D (short for Carpe Diem) discovers that courage comes in small, wiggly packages.

Based on the real-life story of a determined rescue pup with a spinal condition, Happy Tails: Princess D celebrates inclusion, resilience, and unconditional love. Through gentle storytelling and beautiful watercolor illustrations, this heartwarming book helps children understand that every dog-no matter their abilities-deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated.
