When Luca was a puppy, he was told he was special. In his new home with his new family, all he does is cause trouble. Now, he has to go to school. Where he causes more trouble.

As he learns to obey, Luca's life changes. He meets a lot of new people, and suddenly, he finds out what makes him special.

Luca is a real dog. He volunteers with his owner, Marcy, for three different organizations as a therapy dog.
