Hi, I'm Linda Lou, and I'm learning how to understand what other people are feeling. Sometimes I notice sadness before anyone says a word - like with my brother Jesse, my friend Cindy, and a classmate who misses her dad. When I paid attention with my heart and acted with kindness, something amazing happens. I help others feel better, and I feel a warm, happy feeling inside me too. Being a leader doesn't mean being the loudest or in charge - it means listening, caring, and helping others feel seen. That's how I learned that empathy is a superpower, and anyone can lead with love.
