All they wanted was a normal school trip. (Well... maybe not Katchy.)

But fate has other ideas: prophecies, chaos, and three deities with serious attitude. Armed with courage, bad luck, and magical help that is nowhere near as helpful as advertised.

The girls are thrown into a world on the brink. Karlstejn is under attack. A sacred relic is at risk. And Lani's homework is still due after break.

Saving the world, it turns out, is not great for the school schedule.

A fast-paced adventure of magic, friendship, and impossible choices, this second book in the Phoenix Saga raises the stakes and doesn't let go.
