This wonderfully illustrated, expertly authored, picture book is a story about Tipper the turtle being bullied by Brutus the Bull. It is an educational resource to help guardians coach children on what to do if they see or experience bullying:

A) Always protect yourself B) Leave the area quickly and go to a safe place C) Tell a trusted adult

In addition, do not say mean things back to a bully for that could make the situation worse not better.
