Fourteen-year-old Tala doesn't care that the world is divided between techies and nature lovers, she has her own problems. In her tight-knit, multi-cultural community, nestled in a secluded forest, her main concerns revolve around gaining the fickle attentions of her Frenchman, Alain, and avoiding the derision of her frenemies, Gwyn and Darby.
