It is my goal to make those who haven't suffered from mental illness have a better understanding of what we endure every day. And I pray that my writing will allow the silenced to be seen and heard. To finally be understood.

It is also my goal to create a space for those who do suffer to feel less alone in their battles. To offer them something they can share with a loved one and say "this is what's going on inside my heart right now" so that they can feel better understood and come up with solutions together.
