There are many islands in the Connecticut river in New Hampshire off the borders of Haverhill, NH. Some of them have had a lot of title changes and many have a great amount of historical importance. I know only provide the island info but a scattering of historical information about the area......... I great gift for anyone with ties to New England! You might like some of my other "What you may not know about" books, such as "Diamonds" Your Birthstone" Coin Collecting".
