Brave is a story about resilience in the face of adversity. It explores qualities such as perseverance and positivity throughout a long term disability whilst also acknowledging that living with a disability can be tough going. This story is based on true-life events, with a little embellishment on the side! It is hoped that the strategies and positivity conveyed will equip the young reader to cope better with their own adversities.
